Established in 1948, the World Health Organization is tasked with promoting health, keeping the world safe, and serving the vulnerable. Their mission is to ensure "the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health."
The World Health Organization is led by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, he who oversees staff of over 7,000 health experts and support personnel across 150 country offices. The World Health Organization also works alongside National Healthcare Organizations such as the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) from the United States alongside the National Health Service (NHS) from the United Kingdom. Joining hands with other Healthcare Organizations to prevent disease.Delegates of the World Health Organization should utilize evidence from the World Health Organization to increase their own knowledge as a basis to prepare for future debates & speeches. Furthermore, A comprehensive understanding on the topic at hand will be effective to help foster arguements during debates.
